Not to mention, you might be high in salts for your salt system or because of a waterborne disease. One of the main reasons why calcium and total dissolved solids levels increase in a swimming pool is as water evaporates calcium and other hardness minerals stay behind and gradually increase. At Weber Pools we came up with a way to lower calcium hardness, lower total dissolved solids, lower cyanuric acid as well as deal with waterborne diseases without draining the swimming pool. Not only does this save time and money but it also prevents the needless waste of water. We’ve adopted the “Puripool Process” which uses Reverse Osmosis (RO) membranes to lower calcium hardness, total dissolved solids, cyanuric acid without needing to drain the pool. The RO machine is mobile and can be taken to any location needed to purify pool water. The end result is drinking quality water in your swimming pool, lowered chemical usage and an overall better swim experience. If in the case you are dealing with a waterborne disease, the mobile filtration process will remove it as well with no downtime in the swimming pool.
